Purpose of Job:
creates visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional media, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to Lexus guidelines. collaborate with marketing teams to understand creative needs, managing multiple projects while producing high-quality digital assets and print materials. Staying current with design trends, contribute innovative ideas and maintain a library of visual assets to support ongoing campaigns and events.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Ensure brand consistency in all design work, following Lexus brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand creative needs and deliver on them.
- Design digital assets, including social media posts and web banners.
- Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, and event displays.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for Lexus events and sponsorships.
- Stay current with design trends to produce innovative marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work with external vendors to produce high-quality print materials.
- Ensure all designs align with Lexus’s luxury brand image.
- Create mockups and prototypes for new campaigns and product launches.
- Assist in developing video and multimedia content.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from the marketing team.
- Maintain and organize a library of visual assets for future use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably for luxury brands.
- Experience working on both digital and print projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.
- Experience working with marketing teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and innovation in design.
- Experience with print and digital design.
- Knowledge of design principles specific to luxury brands.
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback.
- Strong time management skills.
