Why I lost my points?
losing points can be due to expiration, if you do not use the points that exceed two years they will be expired, or you have used them to buy spare parts or do service at our authorized dealers.
Why I cant see my service history?
usually, this happens when you register a new vehicle the service history of the previous car disappears, you can choose the car that you want to see the service history and it shows the details.
