Purpose of Job:

Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing needs and recommending vehicle services.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs to ensure timely completion.
* Provide clear updates, estimates, and service recommendations to customers.
* Process warranty claims and resolve concerns professionally.
* Maintain accurate service records and support junior staff training.

Requirements:

* Degree/diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills (English & Arabic).
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
