Dar Al-Mubdie Launches the All-New RAV4 in Fallujah, Reinforcing Its Commitment to Customer Service

Fallujah, Iraq – February 16, 2026

Dar Al-Mubdie Company, licensed by Toyota Iraq to use the Toyota trademark, proudly announced the launch of the all-new Toyota RAV4. The launch ceremony was held on Monday evening, February 16, in Fallujah – Iraq, coinciding with its official debut in the Middle East.

This event comes as part of the regional launch announced by Toyota Motor Corporation, marking a complete transformation of one of the world’s most popular models. With a distinctive design, enhanced driving performance, and a more advanced technology package, the new vehicle reflects Toyota’s commitment to delivering vehicles that combine everyday usability with a spirit of adventure.

The all-new RAV4 has been developed based on Toyota’s rich heritage in this vehicle segment, offering a vehicle that is more efficient, intelligent, and capable than ever before. Built around an adventure-lifestyle philosophy, it provides drivers with confidence to move between daily routines and extraordinary moments, supported by comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

The shift toward electrified powertrains remains at the heart of the RAV4 story. As one of Toyota’s earliest and most successful adopters of hybrid technology, the RAV4 has played a key role in promoting electrified mobility in line with the company’s multi-pathway approach. The new model continues this journey by adopting the fifth-generation hybrid electric system, delivering stronger acceleration, higher fuel efficiency, and a smoother driving experience without the need for external charging.

Driving performance has been enhanced thanks to a more rigid body structure, improved suspension tuning, and strengthened off-road capability through the Trail Mode feature, enabling confident progress on uneven or low-traction surfaces.

The vehicle is equipped with an upgraded Toyota Safety system featuring improved detection capabilities and broader support across various driving conditions, including Pre-Collision System and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. It also introduces a new multimedia system with a 10.5- or 12.9-inch display and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster offering enhanced graphics, faster responsiveness, and wider customization options.

A 3D panoramic view monitor assists maneuvering in tight spaces, while the automatic parking feature supports urban driving convenience. Enhancements also include Shift-by-Wire electronic gear shifting technology, providing smoother operation and a more refined interior design.

It is worth noting that the RAV4 has led the global vehicle segment since its first introduction in 1994 as the first unibody sport utility vehicle, redefining the concept of the family vehicle and achieving wide success worldwide, including in the Middle East region.
